Afghanistan, September 2010 - The Big Picture
My favorite thing about the Boston Big Picture is their monthly photographic updates on Afghanistan. This photograph is striking for many reasons but, to me specifically, it provokes thoughts about the Garden of Eden. Looking at it that way and seeing a soldier walking through it really sends shivers down my spine. Not that I’m religious, but it’s an unnerving thought.
Any way, I thought I would take a break and share some of my thoughts - something I usually don’t do here on Supersonic Electronic. I don’t have the answers but war certainly doesn’t seem like an answer at all.
