Bethany Marchman.

Bethany Marchman’s trompe-l’œil oil paintings are investigations into influence over the innocence of youth and searching for the answer to “is growth improvement?”  These thoughts are visualized via metaphorical scenes involving characters children might imagine, some terrifying, some sad.  Bethany has a solo show opening at Bold Hype Gallery in New York City September 13th.
